God’s Holy Word or Not?

Hey champions, I’ve got a question for you to talk about at your table.

Which one of these looks like it could be God’s holy word?

Think about that. Which one? Actually, if you’re teaching your children, you’re teaching anybody that it’s God’s holy word. Now, many will say it’s the words that are holy. And I agree. But when you’re teaching the reverence of God’s word, do you think there’s any impact of us when we use this a book as demonstrating and using we say go look in the word in the scripture versus this. I mean you just tell me what do you think about that?

Reverence

Is it possible that this is diminishing at all the message that we send to people when we talk about God’s word?

Yep. It’s a great study tool. There’s a lot of stuff in here that I really, really love when I get into God’s word here.

Holy Device?

But, you know, this device can get into a lot of things as well. It’s not holy at all.
