In America one does not have to listen very long in conversations to hear the phrase “politically correct.” Sadly, pastors who pursue political correctness often render themselves powerless in their calling to be difference makers.

In the world of ministry, Pastors are the center of attention. All eyes are on the Pastor and every ear is straining to hear what the Pastor is saying. The words Pastors speak carry life-changing power because pastors are called to be the mouthpiece of God.

This huge responsibility is something every Pastor needs to take seriously! The questions each must ask are:

Do I preach God’s message, or

Do I preach what I believe will make people in “my” church happy?

Do I teach God’s Word, or

Do I teach non-challenging politically correct words of compromise?

During the past five years of this ministry I cannot tell you how many Christians have confided that they wished their Pastor would preach more of God’s Word!

Don’t be shocked.

Our church families are seeing Christianity attacked on every front. Spiritually, America appears to be crumbling before the eyes of the world and our children are the innocent victims.

The “church” as a whole or in part, would seem to any onlooker that we have —

  • invited sexual immorality into our homes (TV, Internet and movies)
  • allowed other religions to infiltrate our schools and colleges without a fight
  • invited sinful compromise into our fellowships in the name of tolerance and acceptance
  • permitted our government (at all levels) to modify laws and regulations which hinder our freedom and ability to minister and share the gospel!

Pastors, it is our responsibility as the Ambassadors and Messengers of God to tell our congregations and family what God says is sin. “Sin” is not a word whose definition you can assume people, and especially young people, fully understand or agree with. When they see people in our churches openly defying God’s word, the word “sin” carries no weight or consequence.

The big issue is that most do not know God’s Word because they are not hearing it, nor seeing it lived in their homes. The “Church” should have open arms to ALL people in order to bring all to the saving grace of Jesus.

The “Church” should be:

  • A living body that is constantly growing
  • Helping people rid themselves of sinful ways (must be taught)
  • Alert to the attacks of the enemy and be acting upon those
  • Learning and teaching people how to be like Jesus
  • Embracing the Holy Spirit as our Helper, Teacher, and Power
  • Proactive as God’s army to make disciples on the earth

As Pastors we need to be aware of what the enemy is doing. The Bible says “satan” is roaming around like a hungry lion seeking whom he can devour. As a man of God, are you aware of what the enemy is doing in your community and city? Do you understand that this enemy is trying to keep you silent and alone! It is our job to protect the sheep and lead with all diligence. You are not alone! (I pray for you to be bold!)

Let us go just a little deeper.

  • Do you believe that as Pastors we need to keep quiet and ignore Islamic teachings that threaten our religious freedoms?
  • Do you really know what their writings say and instruct about Christians?
  • Should we keep silent about homosexuality and its obvious political agenda in America to destroy the traditional perceptions of home and marriage?
  • Should we say nothing of the fornication and adultery running rampant in many church families?
  • Should we seemingly approve by silence the pornography plague that has gripped men and women alike by the tens of thousands?

Politicians are all about getting votes. They will say anything to anybody to get their approval. They will do almost anything, if they believe you will donate to their cause! With politicians money is king. (Note: There are a very few good politicians the previous statements were made to me by one of them who loves the Lord Jesus.)

What would people say about you as a Pastor? Are you more about giving or more about getting? Are you —

  • Pastor or Politician?
  • Leader or People Pleaser?
  • Army General or Civilian?
  • Visionary or Status Quo?

The souls of America and your church family are at stake!

Pastor, I pray that you will take this post seriously. The enemy “satan” is working overtime to divide the Body of Christ and to keep us from sounding the alarm. He is distracting us from telling people they are lost and headed for Hell without Jesus!

Jesus is still the only way to Heaven!  He is still Lord!

I pray that you will become aware of what is happening in your city, community and country. Listen to the opposition and to a variety of Christian leaders on the radio and television. Listen, watch and study across denominational, racial and cultural lines. Become acquainted with fellow Pastors in your neighborhood. Take a couple of Pastors in your city to breakfast and become friends and allies in order to impact your local culture for Christ.

We need to be All-Proactive Pastors who rightly divide the Word of Truth.

We love you and are praying for you. May God shower His grace and blessings upon you and may you faithfully carry HIS Word in your mouth!

Amen

As a pastor I have found it very difficult to trust anyone. I have many friends/acquaintances in my church and denomination, but these are people I would never expose my hurts or weaknesses to. There are times that I have questions and frankly I am embarrassed to ask anyone because of what they might think. Other times I get so frustrated I just want to quit, knowing I can’t it just stays inside of me like a sore that keeps festering up. I get so lonely on this island surrounded by people! Where can I go just to talk?

Does this sound familiar? You may have other issues that only you know about. The Champion Table may be the place that over time you build deep rooted trust. The kind of trust that you can say anything and know you are not going to be cast out and burned at the stake. How refreshing to find a place where I can take my “Pastor Suit” off and just be plain old me.

 Testimonials

I wanted to drop you a line to express my joy in our All Pro Pastors Champion Table. We have been meeting since May, 2007 now, and the intimacy level is really growing. We have seen barriers come down, and transparency taking place. Our four pastors have learned to lean on and count on one another. Hardly a week goes by that I don’t receive an email or phone call, giving or asking for encouragement. Every pastor needs a Table like ours.

In Christ,

All Pro Pastors has helped me as a man, a husband and a Pastor. The impact of Champion Tables in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania is changing the Kingdom of God for all of Africa. My life will never be the same!

Ambassador Peter Simwa, Higher Vision Center, Eldoret, Kenya,

Our “All Pro Pastors” Champion Table meets every Tuesday morning. I was at a point where I had decided not to add anything else to my weekly calendar. After visiting a couple of weeks I discovered that “All Pro Pastors” was not your normal “meeting type” atmosphere as some would think.  It offered open discussion with likeminded people who share the same type of accomplishments, challenges, and needs.  We share the importance of honoring God as the husbands, fathers, and leaders in our homes.  I now look forward to Tuesday mornings as a priority.

 Getting Started
  • Find 3 other Pastors who you will agree to meet with every week. These may be Pastors who you are not acquainted with and need to seek out. (4 total is best but you may have to start with less)
  • Establish a place and time that works for all.
  • Be committed and make attendance a Priority!
  • The first few meetings is a time of introduction.  Share about your family, personal interests, Salvation Experience, hobbies, where you have lived, etc.   Just get acquainted with one another.
  • Note: Each Champions Table should have someone volunteer to be the Table Champion. This is a commitment to contact each Table member the day before your meeting as a reminder.
  • After your time of introduction share with the Table any current goals that you feel comfortable sharing. (Marriage, Family, Physical, Household, Personal Improvement, Spiritual Growth, Business, Financial, Health, Education, Ministry, etc.)
  • Share any Personal areas of Improvement that you want to be encouraged to acheive.
  • Examples:  I need to lose 30 pounds, I need to increase my income, I want to write a book, I need to finish school, I need to spend more time with my wife, I need to read more, I need to watch less TV, I need time off/vacation, I have many debts that I need to pay-off. You get the idea.  (Your Table is there to Encourage you, cheer you on, not judge or give unrequested advice.)
  • Review the “Accountability” Questions and discuss how your Table wants to use these. (You may want to add some or revise them). Where do you want to start? How much Accountability does your Table want!? (This will make a big difference in your Table. If you have some who want a high level of accountability and others who do not, be patient. You, who want it, go ahead and lay it out on the table each week. Watch God work. Trust HIM!)
  • The week you decide to start your journey as “Champions” is a very important week. This is the week your decide to embrace the “Accountability Questions  as your Personal Guideline”. You start talking about the good and bad of your week.  You can unload or just listen to one another. Do not talk so much that others do not have a chance.  You can be reserved or let it all out. You must decide personally. Each week is different. Things happen. There is a direct relationship in what you give and what you receive.
  • Each week try to set personal and specific goals. You may have one or many goals. Write them down and share with your group.  This is your “TO DO LIST”.ASK for Accountability and each week give a progress report. This is not a requirement for the Table only a proven way to help you reach goals while building trust and real friendships!
  • End each week by sharing Prayer needs and close with prayer.

Special Note:   The Table is not a Bible Study Group or Prayer meeting, you should already be doing that. It is Men getting serious about Real Men issues.  (Men meet with Men and Women with Women.)

PASTORS WITHIN THE SAME CHURCH SHOULD NOT BE PART OF THE SAME TABLE.

Weekly “Accountability Points”

(You should use first names and avoid titles. Dr., Bishop, Pastor, etc).

  • How have I done on my weekly “TO DO’S”?
  • Have I spent enough personal time in God’s word and in prayer?
  • Have I had any flirtatious or lustful attitudes, tempting thoughts, wandering eyes or exposed myself to any explicit materials (TV, Internet, Mag. Etc) which would not glorify God?
  • Did anyone in/from my church tempt me (wandering eyes) or approach me in an inappropriate manner?  What did I do?
  • Have I met my wife/children’s need for LOVE each day (Words of encouragement and appreciation; Hugs, touches and intimacy; acts of kindness and service; my personal time and attention; gifts of love? What would they say?
  • Have I prayed with my wife every day?
  • Have I been completely above reproach in my financial dealings? Have I been honest with my wife about my spending?
  • Have I treated my body as God’s Temple? (Health, Exercise, Weight)
  •  ( Have I lied in any of my answers?)
  • YOUR TABLE MAY WANT TO WRITE YOUR OWN ACCOUNTABILITY QUESTIONS AND CHANGE THE ORDER. THE TABLE IS YOURS. YOU MUST DECIDE HOW CHALLENGING AND TRANSPARENT YOU WANT IT TO BE. IT MAY TAKE A FEW WEEKS! OVER TIME THESE MAY CHANGE.

What am I going to do about it this week?

As you are talking and listening, write down “action items” that jump out as this weeks “To Do’s”. These are specific actions you are planning to do before your next “Table”. You Are asking your fellow Champions to challenge you and encourage you to succeed? You must be Specific! Note, you should have a few items that you have as “To Do’s” that are each and every week in order to start new habits.

If you always do what you have always done you will always get what you have always gotten and you will continue to be what you have always been! It is time to step up and step out.

Dear Pastor,

In 2003 the Lord clearly spoke to me that Pastors needed to learn to trust one another and to love each other. He also said that we as Pastors need to live” Holy” lives at home and embrace accountability.  This word started my wife and me on a journey to begin a ministry called All Pro Pastors (APP) and now The Champion Table Global Ministries.

The Champion Table is the foundation of APP and these guidelines have helped Pastors throughout the world to experience miracles, start lifelong friendships, save marriages and ministries, and unify the Body for Kingdom building. We are committed to praying for you and encouraging you to stay the course! When we say we love you, we mean it.

Thank you for reading through the Champion Table Guidelines. We are absolutely sure the Holy Spirit has given this to us. Many Pastors want specific guidelines and others already understand the principles to become real Champions through accountability/trust and friendship.

Each Pastor makes the decision as to whether you want a strong “Accountability” table or simply a Fellowship/Friendship table. Both are extremely essential in our life. These are a few specifics that it takes to make a successful “Champions Table”.

(1)          Pastors/Men should meet together with Pastors from different churches/denominations/tribes/etc (if at all possible).

(2)           4 Pastors are the best number at a Table. 5 or more reduce “Trust Building” genuine intimacy and increases the time needed each week.

 (3)          There are stages “Strong Tables” go through. : Fellowship-Friendship-Honesty-Encouragement-(Commitment)-Trust-Accountability-Acheivement-Success-CHAMPIONSHIP

(4)          Setting Weekly To Do’s give a foundation for commitment, it is the easiest way to learn accountability without the need for deep trust, helps establish Achievable Goals, provides a circle of friends to cheer us on to success each week

(5)          The Table is not a Bible study. (You should already have this). It is easy for us as Pastors to avoid real issues by using the Bible as a way not to face them.

Again, Please review the attached carefully and discuss with your Table. We love you and this ministry is striving to honor God best by serving you as we serve Him. It is up to each of us.

Your Friend and Servant,

paul

Praise God, Pastor Peter Simwa from Eldoret Kenya did an outstanding job preparing the way for APP to come and share with over 200 pastors in three days of conference. His efforts and prayers were rewarded by a mighty move of God. Many Pastors were encouraged and connected together in the Body/ Kingdom of God with renewed harmony and unity. Several Bishops, Apostles, Dr.s and other leaders met with us and have embraced the mission of All Pro Pastors as a vital part of their ministry to reach Kenya, Africa and the World for Jesus Christ.

Peter Simwa was commissioned and anointed/appointed as the Chief Ambassador for Africa and specifically the Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania region. Pastor Patrick Ogoda APP Ambassador for Uganda and Pastor Bosco Odongo traveled for two days to be with us in Eldoret. Pastor Joseph Chai stepped up in a big way to help our team while in Eldoret. Pastor Peter Simwa’s Champion Table brothers Wycliffe Masika has a Pastors Training School and had several students at the conference and Pastor John and his wife treated us to lunch each day in their home. It was wonderful! There were many Pastors who treated us with great honor and we were humbled by their outpouring of love and compassion.

We must also point out that APP also appointed a new Ambassador to Tanzania while in Eldoret. Pastor Patroba Ammolo has been pastoring for 6 years and the Saturday after our conference he graduated and received his ministerial degree. Praise God.

When we arrived in Nairobi, the first day, we were greeted by a host of Pastors from Neno Evangelism Center, a great church in Niarobi led by Apostle James Maina. He has founded a church of over 20,000 in Niarobi with 300 plus churches throughout Kenya. Pastor Simon Njenga a Kenyan now from America made the introductions and they treated the team as royalty. (Pastor Njenga was a gift from God!) He took great care for us and became a vital part of our ministry team.  Our team led Pastor conferences in Kitegela (thanks to pastor Simon Obunga’s fine preparations) and preached in several outdoor crusade meetings. Many were healed, delivered and SAVED.

We were each blessed as we poured ourselves out each day for Jesus. It seemed that every day each one of us became exhausted physically because the power of God flowed through us to so many different people and in new ways. Many thousands of lives were touched and God smiled upon this ministry. The Kenyan people are very loving people and have a hunger for God. They are heart broken by how America has appeared to step away from the Christian heritage that our country was founded upon. The past several years they have actively sent powerful men of God to America as Evangelists and Pastors to start new work. They have a sincere burden for the USA. (WE may discuss this further at a later date)

As we close out this news, let us say how thankful we are to our many partners who have joined this ministry to reach out to Pastors throughout the world. The impact of Saving Pastors stretches for greater than a Pastor and his family. It reaches the congregation, the orphans, the hungry, the hurting, the poor, the shoeless, the naked, the sick, the dieing, and the homeless. This Ministry called All Pro Pastors is reaching more people for the Kingdom of God than we will ever know. I Praise God that we can say, this mission to Africa was a great success and at the same time it is just a beginning. We have been asked to return and to have conferences (teaching, preaching, saving, healing, delivering and empowering) next time to thousands of Pastors. The fire that was started is believed to be the FIRE of GOD that can reach all of Kenya and Africa for Jesus. The coming together of the Pastors in unity has never happened before. It is a Miracle!

Please pray for us as we answer this great call and commission to go back to Africa and to all parts of the world who are crying out for the Kingdom of God to come together and save them. We love you!

Eldoret All Pro Pastors

Pastors in Florida USA are coming together in Champion Tables and seeing miracles  and many prayers answered. Pastors are giving testimonies each week how God is using the TABLE to strengthen encourage and sometimes save them! Praise God.

In August a packed house of Pastors from all denominations joined hearts and minds together for an All Pro Pastors luncheon at “The River” church which is pastored by Dr Rodney Howard-Browne in Tampa Florida. Baptist, Assembly of God, Methodist, Church of God, Four Square, Non-denominational, and many others came to be encouraged and embraced by the Kingdom love of God. The River demonstrated the love of God by opening their arms of love to all that came. We were blessed by their love and servants heart.

New Hope church and Pastor Dennis Gibson in Winter Haven Florida just weeks later hosted a Luncheon and again Pastors came together across all barriers and walls of divide to embrace each other and start many new friendships. Champion Tables continue to spring from this Pastor/spouse luncheon. It was an awesome time!!

September 27th the 1st Baptist Church at the Mall in Lakeland Florida hosted an All Pro Pastors luncheon and there was standing room only when all had arrived. Many Pastors started their journey to become Champions that day. Lives were changed, re-commitments were  made, pastors stated that from that day forward they were changing  things in their life!  Praise GOD!!

Hundreds of Pastors in central Florida are reaching across the broken divide to focus on the Kingdom and bringing the lost to the Savior.

AFRICA ,AFRICA ,AFRICA praise God that Pastor Moses Brown went to Kenya in February 2012 and introduced many Pastors to All Pro Pastors. Bishop Peter Simwa in Eldoret  caught the vision that Pastors need each other and he started a movement of All Pro Pastors that is reaching throughout the whole Continent. From October 15-29 APP has a team of 4 pastors invited to hold Pastor conferences and participate in crusades in Nairobi, Kitengela and Eldoret.  These two weeks we are honored to go and serve the many pastors and people of Kenya for our Lord Jesus. Please Pray for the power of God to fall on Kenya and for His servants to hear clearly His message and to obediently share these life-giving words. Please pray that many Pastors will start new Champion Tables.

Thank you for being a part of this ministry with your support and prayers. We love you and pray for you.

Thursday August 2, 2012 The River Church of Tampa Florida hosted one of our All Pro Pastors Luncheon. It was set up for 64 pastors/spouses and we experienced a great overflow. We heard testimonies from Pastors Dan Reid and Willie Bolden about their Champion Tables and the benefits that they personally enjoy as part of one. We also had a special surprise when the Founder of the Florida Family Policy Council, John Stemberger gave us a visit. He shared briefly about what he is doing to protect our rights as Christians in Florida.

We must applaud The River for providing a fabulous completely organic meal. They treated our local pastors as royalty. Dr. Rodney and Adonica Howard Browne were the perfect hosts. It was a true expression of seeing the Kingdom in its fullness as they opened their church in genuine love to Baptist, Assembly of God, Church of God, Messianic Jews, Throne of David, non-denomination,  and many others.

We have already established one new Champion Table and others are soon to come as the result of Thursday”s luncheon. Every Pastor that I personally spoke with said that they were encouraged and learned a lot. When we asked Dr Rodney to close the meeting out many were surprised at his compassion for America and passion to see Pastors come together in unity.

We want to thank The River for being great hosts and opening their doors for APP to have a Pastors/spouse luncheon as their guests. Praise God for places that are completely open and invite the Body of Christ to come together without reservation.

Please contact us if you would like to host a Pastors luncheon at your church.

On September 27th  we have a Pastor/spouse luncheon scheduled at the First Baptist Church at the Mall in Lakeland Florida. Please see “Events” for the details. All Pastors are invited.

On May17th Sheriff Grady Judd from Polk County Florida gave a very compelling word of wake up Christians in America to the seriousness of terrorism in the world and the threat we face in our homeland. He was one of 14 law enforcement officials invited by Israel to learn how they deal with this threat every day! He spoke in a rare opportunity at our Pastors luncheon that was hosted by Hope Now Transition Center in Bartow, Florida. Sheriff Judd said that we had better wake-up that Islam is a religion that is committed to reaching the world and some have an extreme passion.

He explained that while he was a guest in Israel he learned much about how they identify extremists who may be terrorists.

As Christians we better take a pro-active attitude when it comes to attacks on our freedoms and if we do not we could one day wake up with no freedom at all. Pastors need to exercise the freedom that still exists in America today and share the gospel of Jesus and His love with a renewed determination and boldness.

We want to thank “Hope Now Center” in Bartow for hosting this standing room only luncheon. If you are a Pastor who lives in the area near Bartow you should contact them about the services they have that could benefit you and relieve you of many time consuming challenges. Their counseling and transition experience meets a vital need that Pastors find themselves facing.

We also want to thank Sheriff Grady Judd, for taking his vital time to share a word with many Pastors. It is very easy to see why he has been labeled by some as “America’s Sheriff!” He blessed us and encouraged us!

On Friday May 5th All Pro Pastors had our first Pastors/Wives conference. It was a great day. Attorney John Stemberger founder of the Florida Family Policy Council shared many truths about the freedoms and the restrictions Pastors have. He shared about 501C3 corporations and whether it is necessary for a Church to have this designation. He is a part of the Alliance Defense Fund which is a network of attorneys nationwide who offer free services to churches and pastors to defend your constitutional rights. Free consultations over the telephone are available for many different legal issues. Please feel free to call his office at: 407-251-5130. “May we say another thank you for the countless hours and resources you spend defending our freedoms and liberties as Floridians and Americans!!!” We do not take this for granted and encourage everyone who reads this to support your great life’s work. Amen

Rob Casatta, talked about the importance of managing your money. The principle of telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it goes was a central point he tried to encourage. As a staff Pastor and a trained money professional Rob has seen the impact bad money management can have on a couple or individual. His words challenged each of us to become pro-active with our money and to take a hands-on approach.

Dr. Jay Dennis Pastor of 1st Baptist church at the Mall in Lakeland Florida, revealed how challenging pornography is in society today. With the easy access to porn on the internet many “good” people have become victims of their own weaknesses and lost families and fortunes because of this growing epedemic. He offered step by step means for men to get this illuminated from their lives. Everyone received a workbook and a 31 day supply of memory cards. He shared his vision to see men completely freed from this stronghold! Thanks Dr. Jay for sharing your heart and encouraging words!

Richard Mull, founder of Operation Lightforce and author of several books, shared a powerful word on the freedom that comes with real forgiveness. Discovering the many issues that hold us back or hold us down is the key to experiencing freedom. When these obstacles are removed your life can start moving at an accelerated pace and healing takes place. This was a life breathing message that rang true for all.

Dr Allan Meyers, shared by video his first session called Valiant Man. This is a 10 week program on sexual discipleship. It may be the one and only program for churches to use that can help men handle their God given sexual appetite. This presentation pointed out the difference in how men and women are made and how they think about sex. The women were also a part of this and learned some of the challenges men face “within their own skin”. It is a great relief knowing that men can be discipled in this area of life and be taught how to make sex ‘Holy”! We recommend that every pastor go through this program.

A special thanks to Moses Brown who sang and testified during lunch and shared a word about his trip to  introduce All Pro Pastors in Kenya Africa at a Pastors conference there! We have reports of over 500 pastors are now part of the Kenya /Uganda All Pro Pastors Africa chapter. Praise God!

Linda and I were extremely blessed to have this Conference at “Champions Church” in Winter Haven, Florida. The church leadership lead by Nolan and Kathy Edwards provided everything from Praise and Worship(wasn’t this awesome!) beautifully designed Programs for everyone, Media and Sound staff (Shannon and Jon), assistance with lunch(big Chris) and untold hours of help, the list could just keep going. Thank you Thank you! Special thanks to pastor Margaret too!

A very special thanks to Kingdom Walk, a Christian Business Men group in Winter Haven. They furnished lunch(by Devin’s Champions Smokehouse),helped served lunch, and served throughout the day, all because they love Pastors and their wives. They did everything possible to make the conference perfect. We also thank our good friends from Travel by Horizon, Rhonda Hardee and “H” Fry who stayed all day and worked side by side with Kingdom Walk.

A big word of thanks goes to our sponsor “Lake Placid Camp and Retreat Center” in Lake Placid, Florida. They have facilities to handle all types and sizes of camps/retreats. Anthony Haney executive director has offered short sabbaticals to Pastors who need a 2-4 day getaway at no charge. This is an offer you should definitely take.

The biggest thanks of all goes to our Lord Jesus who was with us all day long and “HOLY SPIRIT” was active and mighty!! Praise God! Thank you Father!!!

Finally, if you have any questions about speakers or how to contact them please contact APP and we will give you the information.

Many Blessings,

paulandlinda

March 2012

Dear Friends and Beloved of God,

Linda and I are sincerely thankful for your prayers and continued support of All Pro Pastors. God has heard your prayers and this ministry is growing at an amazing rate. Pastors and their wife’s are testifying on a  daily basis of how APP is encouraging them and giving them strength to stay the course.

Pastor Moses Brown from Tampa spent 10 days in February for a Pastors conference in Kenya, Africa and started a new All Pro Pastors Chapter. Since his visit 16 New Champion Tables have started in Africa.

“ChampionTables” are starting to form all throughout the world, simply because Pastors need each other as men to lean on, talk to, laugh with and cry with. Most people do not know how lonely being a Pastor or a Pastors Wife can be. We need to be encouraged to live up to the standards God expects and requires us to. And perhaps more so, we need trusted friends to pick us up when we fail and fall short. Praise God that a great “Champions Table” will not kick us when we are down. We lift each other up and offer a shoulder to lean on for as long as it takes. The “Table” challenges us to keep our relationships with God and family in proper order so that we stay qualified as Pastors to lead and be living examples.

You need to know that you are helping reach Ten’s of Thousand’s of people for Jesus throughout the world through All Pro Pastors. The Pastors that we serve are encouraged to stay the course and stand strong through the struggles. They are comforted and challenged to link arms with each other to hold each other up when the going gets tougher!! These Pastors lead large and small congregations that rely on them to be living examples of Jesus. They give hope when things look hopeless. This ministry provides a safe place where Pastors can rest each week and truly lay their mantle off for a few minutes and breathe in a fresh breath of Holy Spirit with a few other hungry warriors for Christ! It is a place that they receive a re-fill of hope for themselves and power to move mountains!

We ask that you pray that every Pastor have the opportunity and challenge to become a part of a Champion Table. We are expecting to reach 1000’s of Pastors this year through the internet, personal engagements, Pastors telling Pastors and other media we expect God to open up. We ask that you pray for God to open doors and to provide provisions to see this vision come to pass quickly. What do you believe would happen if our Pastors started loving one another across all the divisions that exist today? We would see an amazing outpouring of His Spirit that would shake the world from the bottom up to the top!

Thank you for continuing to help us help Pastors develop trust with one another and embrace personal challenging accountability! Now tell someone else about this ministry and what God is doing.

Your Servants, Paul and Linda

PS. Please read through our local and Global news on page (2) and the Vision on the last page.

Pastor Phil Wade of Trinity Baptist Church in Ocala Florida held a Pastors luncheon on Thursday Feb 2nd for the purpose of bringing the local pastors together in love and kingdom building. Pastor Phil invited All Pro Pastors to introduce how God is using this ministry to bring Pastors together to establish trusted relationships. We were honored to share with about 40 pastors and 4 of their county commisioners. There were 15 Pastors who requested to start/join a Champions Table and 5 others requested more information. Praise God!!!!

On Friday I received an e-mail message from a Hispanic Pastor who had to leave early and had questions about connecting his Hispanic Pastor friends with All Pro Pastors. There are 70 Hispanic Churches in the Ocala area he said.  We pray that they will join together with all other cultures to share the message of Jesus and His saving power. There must be well over 200 churches of all faiths in the area.

Pastor Phil has a real passion to encourage Pastors and to see all denominations, races and cultures come together to unite the body of Christ to save their city and community. Pastor Phil also offered his staff his resources and his church to be available to help any Pastor with any area of need.

It is also time to give PRAISE for his hospitality and his tremendous staff for providing a truly fabulous meal. Their preparation leading up to the luncheon is why he had such a great response and I can not applaud his team effort enough. Phil you are an awesome brother and the real deal!!!

Pastor Don Grant who works closely with Pastor Wade has offered to help bring the Champion Tables together to start building friendships with men who happen to be Pastors.. Please pray for them!!!

We want to give a special thanks to Sam Goss for driving the APP team to Ocala and thanks to Pastors Dwight Edwards from the Champions Church in Winter Haven, Fl. and Bob Stone of Fellowship Baptist in Valrico/Brandon Fl.who  gave personal testimonies that made a huge impact. They shared how being in a Champions Table impacted them and their fellow Pastors.

It is our prayer that this luncheon will be the beginning for the Pastors in Ocala to link together and press forward to take their city, county and region for the Kingdom of God! Finally, if was a blessing to have 4 commissioners there to support Pastors and best of all they are Christians. Pray for them too!!!

The Pastors Summit, Saturday November 5th will include a RSVP only Luncheon/Dinner from 11:30-1:30 that will be exclusive for Pastors and their wife. This is going to be a very fine “Chef” prepared full course meal. There will be special guests and music. This is limited because of seating and it is Primarily for Senior Pastors. (Associates may get on the waiting list.) Again, this complimentary, but we need to have your RSVP to assure your seating.

Special Announcement: Reverend Rogatien Q Nze is headed to Libreville Gabon Africa and has scheduled an All Pro Pastors meeting for August 24th at 10:00AM. Pastor Nze is our Ambassador to Gabon. We want to thank him in advance for his commitment to this ministry and for his passion to encourage Pastors worldwide.

We look forward to having Pastor Nze with Apostle Mathew Kalu who is the Vice President of the Libreville Missionary Pastors Association, work together to introduce All Pro Pastors and Champion Tables to the many great Pastors in Gabon.  We believe that every Pastor should be a part of a Champions Table and the meeting on the 24th will give everyone that is able to attend the opportunity to hear how Champion Tables are strengthening and encouraging Pastors and their families.

Please be in prayer for them.

In a recent e-mail message from Bishop Ebenezer Sefah in Ghana-Africa, he writes “I would like to inform you we have started the Champion Group in Ghana-Africa and its really helping the Pastors here. Thank you for introducing me to this idea. It really helps!”  He later wrote, ” It’s really working here. Ghana-Africa says Thank You.”

Praise God!! What a blessing to hear from a Pastor and Leader who attended a Luncheon in Bartow Florida and took it back to his country. It is our prayer to see every man called Pastor, Bishop, Dr., Apostle, etc. connected through Champion Tables and serving God as men of God arm in arm!

Please pray for Africa!!! We love you!!!
