Armor Up, the Cost – Are You Willing

Hey champions, Two weeks ago, my wife and I, we were in an Armor Up conference for pastors. My question to you is, what is the cost of freedom?

Cost of Freedom

Really, what is the cost of freedom? You know, Jesus himself gave his life so we would have freedom from sin.

Well, in America, America have set a standard of actually giving our lives when it is necessary to protect and to get the freedom that we all (many) often take for granted.

Ephesians 6 – Armor of God

You know, in the book of Ephesians, chapter 6, Paul talks about put on the whole armor of God.

I want you to talk at your table today about that if you would.

• Putting on the whole armor of God and why do we do that?
• What is necessary?
• What are we fighting for and against?
• And are there consequences to the flesh and blood that we live in?

Spiritual Casualties

Even though in that passage Paul talks about how we wrestle not against flesh and blood – but as we know that the spiritual casualties our friends and family our people.

Willing

So my question today is, is there a time that we need to as Christians be willing to fight the good fight no matter what the cost? And are you willing to lay your life down for this freedom that we preach and we teach that of being free from sin and if necessary the freedom that we enjoy here in the United States of America?

What are you willing to do to preserve the freedom? and are you willing to talk about it?
