On Friday May 5th All Pro Pastors had our first Pastors/Wives conference. It was a great day. Attorney John Stemberger founder of the Florida Family Policy Council shared many truths about the freedoms and the restrictions Pastors have. He shared about 501C3 corporations and whether it is necessary for a Church to have this designation. He is a part of the Alliance Defense Fund which is a network of attorneys nationwide who offer free services to churches and pastors to defend your constitutional rights. Free consultations over the telephone are available for many different legal issues. Please feel free to call his office at: 407-251-5130. “May we say another thank you for the countless hours and resources you spend defending our freedoms and liberties as Floridians and Americans!!!” We do not take this for granted and encourage everyone who reads this to support your great life’s work. Amen

Rob Casatta, talked about the importance of managing your money. The principle of telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it goes was a central point he tried to encourage. As a staff Pastor and a trained money professional Rob has seen the impact bad money management can have on a couple or individual. His words challenged each of us to become pro-active with our money and to take a hands-on approach.

Dr. Jay Dennis Pastor of 1st Baptist church at the Mall in Lakeland Florida, revealed how challenging pornography is in society today. With the easy access to porn on the internet many “good” people have become victims of their own weaknesses and lost families and fortunes because of this growing epedemic. He offered step by step means for men to get this illuminated from their lives. Everyone received a workbook and a 31 day supply of memory cards. He shared his vision to see men completely freed from this stronghold! Thanks Dr. Jay for sharing your heart and encouraging words!

Richard Mull, founder of Operation Lightforce and author of several books, shared a powerful word on the freedom that comes with real forgiveness. Discovering the many issues that hold us back or hold us down is the key to experiencing freedom. When these obstacles are removed your life can start moving at an accelerated pace and healing takes place. This was a life breathing message that rang true for all.

Dr Allan Meyers, shared by video his first session called Valiant Man. This is a 10 week program on sexual discipleship. It may be the one and only program for churches to use that can help men handle their God given sexual appetite. This presentation pointed out the difference in how men and women are made and how they think about sex. The women were also a part of this and learned some of the challenges men face “within their own skin”. It is a great relief knowing that men can be discipled in this area of life and be taught how to make sex ‘Holy”! We recommend that every pastor go through this program.

A special thanks to Moses Brown who sang and testified during lunch and shared a word about his trip to  introduce All Pro Pastors in Kenya Africa at a Pastors conference there! We have reports of over 500 pastors are now part of the Kenya /Uganda All Pro Pastors Africa chapter. Praise God!

Linda and I were extremely blessed to have this Conference at “Champions Church” in Winter Haven, Florida. The church leadership lead by Nolan and Kathy Edwards provided everything from Praise and Worship(wasn’t this awesome!) beautifully designed Programs for everyone, Media and Sound staff (Shannon and Jon), assistance with lunch(big Chris) and untold hours of help, the list could just keep going. Thank you Thank you! Special thanks to pastor Margaret too!

A very special thanks to Kingdom Walk, a Christian Business Men group in Winter Haven. They furnished lunch(by Devin’s Champions Smokehouse),helped served lunch, and served throughout the day, all because they love Pastors and their wives. They did everything possible to make the conference perfect. We also thank our good friends from Travel by Horizon, Rhonda Hardee and “H” Fry who stayed all day and worked side by side with Kingdom Walk.

A big word of thanks goes to our sponsor “Lake Placid Camp and Retreat Center” in Lake Placid, Florida. They have facilities to handle all types and sizes of camps/retreats. Anthony Haney executive director has offered short sabbaticals to Pastors who need a 2-4 day getaway at no charge. This is an offer you should definitely take.

The biggest thanks of all goes to our Lord Jesus who was with us all day long and “HOLY SPIRIT” was active and mighty!! Praise God! Thank you Father!!!

Finally, if you have any questions about speakers or how to contact them please contact APP and we will give you the information.

Many Blessings,

ABOUT OUR MINISTRY

When was All Pro Pastors International started?

Our vision to get started was in 2003 – with the first ‘Champions Table’ beginning in April of 2007.  Our actual kick-off to reach out in Florida started in January 2009 in Tampa.

Why was it started?

Because there is a great sense of loneliness and isolation identified by 70% of Pastors, and God through the Holy Spirit laid on our heart to start it. Pastors live on an island and sometimes we shut everyone out including our wife and children. Only another Pastor can feel what this is like. (I know from personal experience.)

How many members are in All Pro Pastors International?

We are currently in the process of registering pastors into our Pastors Global Network.  In the USA we currently have 11,722 registered, however each month we reach out and pray with over 40,000 USA pastors. We do not count them until they are officially registered in our data management system. In February 2020 we met in Mumbai, India with Pastors and Bishops representing over 50,000 Churches. They all committed to joining our PGN(Pastors Global Network) and we are currently working on their registrations. Our National Director for India/Nepal Dr Ashok Karkera personally leads over 1,000 churches in India, Nepal and Pakistan. In Africa we are following the same process in getting pastors registered. By all projections there are well over 100,000 pastors in the PGN yet to be registered.

What are some of the countries outside the USA that APPI have members?

India, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Liberia, Malawi, Kenya, Nigeria, West Africa, Pakistan, Germany, Cyprus, Brazil, Nicaragua and Honduras, this is just a sampling.  Every day we communicate with pastors in multiple countries.

How do you manage, minister and communicate with such a large and diverse group?

For each country we establish a local National Director and they establish local directors by region. We also appoint an American Ambassador (usually a pastor) to be assigned to a country and to act as our communication representative with the National Director for that country. We minister through our multi-language Website, Mobile APP, Zoom meetings, YouTube, Facebook and similar methods. We have also had ministry teams go to India, South/Central America and Africa for Pastor conferences and training.

CHAMPIONS STAND TOGETHER

What is a Champions Table?

A group of (4) Pastors who are committed to meet each week for about 1-2 hours for personal encouragement, accountability, prayer and relationship building. To learn more watch a few of the pastor testimony videos and click on the Champions Table page.

What are the benefits for a Pastor to register?

They will be included in our monthly e-prayer and other resources that are available. They will qualify for occasional special events and give-aways that are only offered to those who are registered, such as a free vacation or new book.

What is the most common testimony of Pastors who are in Champions Tables?

1)I feel safe at my Table; 2) Finally a place I can really talk; 3) It has saved my marriage; 4) It has saved my ministry; 5) It is not a meeting, it is place of trust and rest each week; 6) It is the only place my wife pushes me out the door to go to; 7) A place I can go as a man with no holding back; 8) Opened my eyes to new revelations of truth that I desperately needed; 9) I now know what real trust is; 10) My Table has literally saved my life and become my prayer fortress!

FOR PASTORS

Why does APPI have luncheons, breakfasts, conferences and other special events?

To introduce Pastors to All Pro Pastors International and to give them relevant information they can use in their ministry and life. Also, to introduce them to fellow Pastors in their community.

What do you offer Pastors?

What we offer a Pastor is a way to connect and build lifelong trusted friends through “Champion Tables”. This is your opportunity as Pastors to not walk alone! We have many online resources too. Our Pastors Prayer Center is continuously praying for pastors and their families. We receive prayer requests daily from all across America and we take these seriously. Our interactive Mobile APP has a Prayer Portal where you can make your prayer request either for public or private viewing. You can also pray for the most recent requests received that are public.

What is the Pastors Prayer Center?

The Pastors Prayer Center is totally committed to praying for/with Pastors throughout America every day. At the present time this is a virtual prayer center with volunteers working from home to pray for and with pastors. Our vision is to be praying “with” 50,000 pastors each month! Please watch our video to learn more : Pastors Prayer Center Video

What are the requirements to join?

Our ministry is focused on men who are Pastors who profess Jesus as their Lord and Savior and recognize Him and Him alone as the way to eternal life. It is basically a Pastor to Pastor ministry. The purpose is to help these men develop trusted friendships through encouraging accountability and to become great husbands and dads, great roles models based on how they live not just what they preach, and to stay healthy in their ministry.

Are women allowed in APPI?

Yes, we have many women throughout the world in Champions Tables and registered. Our focus is primarily to the men and written in a masculine tense because the vast majority of pastors are men. Women only meet with Women in Champions Tables and Men with Men.
