Bishop Kelvin L. Cobaris, is the Lead Pastor of Dreams United Church.
He is a native of Orlando, Florida. Bishop Cobaris has been in the ministry for more than thirty years and has served the body of Christ in various capacities.
Bishop Cobaris has served as the Senior Pastor of the Greater Central Church of God and Elm Street Church of God in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
In October of 2004, Bishop Cobaris launched the Empowerment Ministries Church. He and his spiritual father launched The Impact Church—a church working towards making an impact in the kingdom and community through sharing the message and employing the method of unconditional love.
Bishop Cobaris is dedicated to proclaiming the Word of God and winning the lost at any cost.
